Each pair of Masai Barefoot Technology (MBT) Shoes comes with an insole made from high quality foam creating a layer of orthopedic padding that provides extra cushion with every step. This along with the MBT patented heel sensor helps to reduce impact on knee and hip joints making them ideal orthopedic shoes.
This shoe is made in European Sizes which do not have an even correlation to US sizes. It is highly recommended that you measure your foot in centimeters using the instructions below to determine the best shoe size for your feet.
This shoe tends to run small. If you border-line between sizes and your measurement is not exact in the chart, we recommend selecting the next size up which tends to be a size larger than you normally wear.
Wear the type of socks you'll wear with your shoes and measure feet in the afternoon (feet typically swell during the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring.
